The purpose of the Needed page is to provide you with a view of what resources are Needed by people.
From this view you are able to raise their your own resource request (click on the add Item button)
You are also encouraged to offer to fulfil a need (click on the Offer button)
When you offer a resource to fulfil a need the Administrator and the person with a need will be emailed with your details.
